Sea Front The Regency - 1 Parking

Great seaview from the balcony. Such a great view especially during the morning around 7.30 am … calm & breezy feel with sound of waves crashing. The room was good. Room 1: 1 queen + 1 single & room 2 : 1 single + 1 double decker. Has a kitchen with cooking ware & other stuff which will be useful. 2 washrooms. Has tv with free WiFi. Room n hall was air conditioned. Has ceiling fan at hall too … shower cream n shampoo was provided. Towel was provided. Sofa was comfortable. Has pool. The beach is so damn close to u. Walking distance less then 2 min to beach.

The flush on toilet 2 needs some fixing as not working properly. Had flush 2 or 3 times. Need to cleaning on the toilets. The furniture in the rooms n kitchen need to upgraded cuz it was kinda falling apart. The walls in the rooms is leaking I think, need to fix that as well for really good staying experience. Parking was limited (1 car only) as mentioned by the host. So if u planning to come here in few cars, have park outside (tepi jalan)…

We had a nice sea view from the apartment.

The air-conditioning was kinda warm in the living room.TV remotes were not working because batteries were not replaced. However overall stay was reasonable.

I love the view, beach and pool are nice, but it was more crowded due to a school holiday

It would be nice to have filtered water at the apartment

I like the view, the sofa, they provide all the things we need

The bathroom. There is not toothpaste and thoothbrush. There is no soap at basin.
