"Great location right on the water"

This little house is a delight. Right on the water and brilliantly located. The lady who is it is probably one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. She made us a tradition breakfast on our first morning, and gave us home made snacks for our journey when we left. Any issues, she or her husband dealt with immediately. We are a family of 4 and our children slept in the fold out couch bed in the living area which worked just fine. I imagine if there are just 2 of you the place would feel even roomier. The little town is walking distance with some lovely taverns, and Limeni is round the corner - get there before 11 otherwise it gets really crazy busy. This property is really comfortable, with the sea just steps away and all of Mani on your doorstop to explore, I highly recommend it.

"Lovely! Will be returning"

Location is amazing, right on the water. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Lovely little garden area. Amazingly generous hosting even when we faced delays and arrived late. Would definitely stay there again!

There was slight noise from the bar at night which was ok in the bedroom with the AC turned on but a bit louder if trying to sleep in the living room

"Wonderful stay in Neo Itilo"

Cosy, clean house in front of the sea in nice and quiet Neo Itilo, superfriendly owners Litsa and Efstathios. The house is very comfortable and spotless clean, with a very nice outside area. Litsa makes you feel welcome and spoils you with a delicious Maniatic breakfast. Thank you Litsa and Efstathios!
