Love It On Lemon - modern townhouse near CBD

The property was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The dishwasher and washing machine were particularly convenient

I contacted the property management company to ask whether an early check-in would be possible. I was told that someone would call me back later, but I never received a follow-up call. In addition, the check-in instructions were supposed to be sent at 2:45 p.m., but I did not receive them. When I arrived at the property at 4:00 p.m., I was unable to reach the management company by phone. They eventually returned my call approximately three hours later.

The accommodation was great. It was very comfortable with everything you could need. The beds were so comfortable and cozy we found it hard to get up. Great location, will definitely look it up again.

We could see there was a little bit of an ant problem but it wasn’t an issue.

A well appointed and comfortable city pad in a convenient location, with enough room for a family. We wer attending for a kids’ sporting event and it met our needs well.

The bathroom is a little tired and a step down from the rest of the house. It also lacks some privacy with the kitchen area looking out onto the street and neighbouring properties, but all manageable and part of a city location. However, these are minor points only.

The house is within walking distance of 3 major supermarkets, CBD, city attractions and Pukekura Park. It is light and airy, comfortable, clean and roomy. There is parking both off street and on street (timed during the working week).

Could have had a selection of pillow sizes. All were very fat and we ended up having to use the cushions from the lounge room to sleep on.

Very modern, warm and everything you needed was there. Appreciated the quick help in sorting the oven.
