Beechwood Garden Suite

Good location - around 15min to city centre, 12min to Titanic museum. Breakfast - cereal and some buns. Carton of milk, some coffee and tea was left for us.

It is mentioned in the description that it is a compact place, but we did not expect it will be that small. Traveled with 2 kids and did not have enough space. Kitchen/second bedroom/sitting room is one small room where the sofa bed transfers to bed taking up all the space. It would be ok for 2 people but not for 4.

Very cosy, comfortable and close to amenities

A home from home. We always sleep so well whenever stay as the place is so quiet and no light intrusion.

This was my second stay here and as with the first it was clean, comfy and its idealy situated for our needs. Has everything you need as does the imnediate area. Lorraine and colm are good, hosts, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Great access to anywhere from this location. Good transport links if you don't have a car. We will be going back to the area for another visit and will be staying here again. Can't wait.

We did not get sent instructions on how to Cole t the keys until a day after we arrived. We had to figure it out ourselves.

We travelled with our two children who were to use the sofa bed. Sadly however there was no pillows/ sheets or duvet provide for the sofa beds. There were a couple of blankets which we made use of however if you knew there were 4 guests in the room then these items should really be available.

Bed was very comfy and lots of shops/ restaurants within walking distance and just a bus stop right across the road too.

Found it pretty cold in the front room but plugged in the radiator it helped.

Nothing we loved it all we will be back

Lovely size place for a couple, we had a really nice stay with good communication from the hosts beforehand. Self check in was easy and quick and very well communicated. Tea and coffee and biscuits and light breakfast items were provided, which were all appreciated. Lots of fluffy soft towels, and I almost wished I had needed the extra blankets because they looked so cozy. Bus stop right outside for easy access to city centre.
