Very spacious and has a lot of character. Nice views. Very comfortable furnishings. Lots of parking and a lift is always nice. Overall it's a comfortable place to stay.

Broadband was poor. The WiFi signal was strong, but speed was at best 10-12 Mbps and at times dropped to 203 Mbps. Almost no information was provided on the apartment, which meant finding four remote controls and having to figure out what they each connected to (some of the things being unplugged), and then waking up in the morning to find out the hot water didn't come on until 7.30 - which isn't helpful for getting into Glasgow at 8.30. The heating we could never work out, although it certainly came on. The listing says 3 sofa beds, but it's actually 1 sofa that turns into a futon and then two that are simply large enough that you could sleep on them - so the listing is perhaps not entirely inaccurate, but certainly misleading. Overall it's a spacious and comfortable apartment, but could do with better administration.

Lack of Security: Communal Front door of building permanently unlocked. Security gates to carpark permanently open. Windows: difficult to open & close. Should be given instructions on how to open & close. Gas hob did not work Dishwasher not installed properly. Dishwasher door catching on floor plinth. Could not use. Bath - Bath plug did not close properly thus could not have bath. Only 1 bin for building. No provision to recycle rubbish.

Great building, unusual, spacious.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable.
