Good size flat with large rooms

Good spacious bedrooms, good parking.

Cold white lighting and couldn't get the thermostat to give me anything other than full blast heating. I followed the very simple instructions and it just didn't work.

The property size and location ok, but too close to the road which is pretty noisy with cars passing by and noisy students / people talking loudly. We stayed for 6D & 5N and was only given 1 towel for each person . Moreover we are NOT allowed to wash the towel. This is absurd and not a good experience. Starter kit. Miserable small bottle body wash and shampoo not even enough for a single person for a day. The sofa set in the hall was so soft that we are almost sitting on the wood. Need to be replaced. The pillows in the bed room are too soft and provide no support at all.

Great location. Great property. Helpful and responsive staff and management. Whenever we had issues, they were quick to resolve them. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish it didn't cost so much per night. There was construction in our building and so we have to move to another flat in another building mid-stay. This was disruptive and inconvenient. However, they were very helpful with the move and, to make up for the inconvenience, they gave us a rebate on the fees we had already paid. We would happily stay here again.

Location was great, off street parking, roomy apartment...quiet street.

we asked for a late check out on the last day we were there and this couldnt be given - we were working all weekend and the final night we finished at 3am....and had to be out by 10am...even one hour would have helped...

Large and very comfortable apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located close to grocery store and not far from shopping area.

Location, spacious rooms, well equipped. Security of the building was good.

There was a small leak in the kitchen when we arrived, I informed the property manager. It could have been cleaner....some crockery and the bathroom were not as clean as expected.

Clean , good location . Manager was very helpful in dealing with some initial problems

A fair bit of noise from other apartments especially banging doors. Kitchen equipped only with the basics . More personal touches would be nice .
