A localização do condomínio é excelente, próximo a praias de boa qualidade, comércio no geral, piscina limpa , local organizado e limpo.

Segue como eu informei a anfitriã , em minha opinião é necessário fazer as manutenções de forma antecipada, esse ponto deixou a desejar, pois alguns itens não atendeu a mina expectativa. Recepção não ativa, precisa melhorar no atendimento ao público , empatia e simpatia (oportunidade) recomendada.
