Our Mesquite-Refreshed 1st floor nature preserve & mtn view condo!

Edward provided a video with very clear instructions on how to access the property byproviding a gate code, a door code and clear directions on where the condo was located.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Morning on the patio with the bunnies and squirrels was charming.

We are BIG people and the bed was a little small. We managed. 😇

It’s was centrally located. Very quiet. Backed onto a beautiful nature preserve.

Great central location. Quiet condo complex. Relaxing nature reserve area behind unit. Easy, convenient parking and entrance to condo. The host was kind and responsive.

The kitchen and shower/bathtubs were a bit worn. The listing said there was a king bed in the main bedroom, but it was a queen. (Listing has been updated) Unfortunately, we wouldn’t have booked this unit if we had known. We made it work but it wasn’t comfortable for us.

Location was close to shopping center, grocery stores, exercise facility, restaurants and entertainment. Via public transit ($1) or rideshare ($10) the downtown core was easily accessible. Pool area and the townhouse was impeccably clean and had very quiet surroundings as bordered on a nature preserve with lots of small wildlife and birds. There was nothing missing in the unit for a wonderful stay and Edward was more than accommodating. When our cab didn't arrive due to a parade, he unsolicitedly made the 5 mile round trip to help us with entry to the unit.

Internet connection required switching between 2G & 5G occasionally to avoid disruption.

The condo was lovely. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Great patio with a fabulous view and a good pool

There was nothing we did not like. All positive and would definitely recommend this condo
