Localização, estrutura do prédio é boa.

Pedem documentos em excesso pra cadastro, pedem pra imprimir pdf sendo que daria ora fazer online, não possui portaria efetivamente, isto me causou transtorno na hora de devolver a chave.

Aluguei para o feriado de Páscoa de última hora, até que foi barato, mas não é pq é barato que precisa ser péssimo. Odeio fazer reclamação, mas dessa vez preciso fazer. Banheiro não tem luz, as camas são ruins, guarda roupas caindo aos pedaços sem portas, ventilador de teto fazendo barulho. Cheiro de cigarro pois os vizinhos fumam na porta de casa. Varal é fora da casa.

A localização e ótima excelente, o prédio e bem organizado o apto também e bom precisa invertir um pouco mais em acessórios de cozinha, mais e ótimo.
