La literie très agréable et confortable. - Proche du lieu de formation. - Le livret d'accueil numérique est bien élaboré, tout y est (de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ). - Le cadeau de bienvenue. - Le calme de la résidence. - Bonne insonorisation avec l'extérieur.

Mauvaise insonorisation entre l'appartement ALPINIA LODGE et l'appartement voisin. - Nuits difficiles à cause du bruit de la climatisation de l'appartement voisin (la notre était éteinte par choix). - Des ampoules qui se sont allumées seules lors de la 1ère nuit (au dessus de l'évier puis dans la chambre).
