- owner is friendly, gave us a lift from the bus station on arrival. Otherwise it is a 25 minute walk. - small shared courtyard area at the back. - Comfortable bed. Extra pillows were there but no covers. These would’ve been provided though if we asked. - well equipped kitchen. - quiet street, less than 10 minute walk to Main Street and nearby a couple of supermarkets

- door has a window with no blind through so you could see in at night - bad smell from the bathroom sewers (fixed on the day when addressed) - back door handle broken so we didn’t know there was a courtyard until the last day after the room was cleaned and the shutters were left open. - room power only worked with the magnet in the door which is attached to the keys (soldered on) meaning you can only do your washing when you’re home.

The host was a genuinely nice guy, he recommended us what to do and where to go. He helped us with transportation and luggage in his free time.

apartment was lovely and I was given late checkout

small things like oil and washing tablets could have been provided and much appreciated. minor things cleaner could have refilled toilet tissue and coffee when cleaning.

very tidy and has air conditioner to keep cool. bathroom was very nice and clean.

you weren’t able to use the washing machine when not home, and the couch was a bit dusty when I sat down I got itchy

We like everything

- Host is wonderful, very kind and accommodating. Provided lots of recommendations for a great stay. - Well equipt apartment with everything you could need for a short stay - Within walking distance (15 minutes) of restaurants, supermarket, bus stop

- Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and I would not recommend this for an adult to sleep on - If someone is sleeping on the sofa bed just note there is limited window covering (so very bright in the morning) and on the weekend significant street noise - Just note that the location whilst within walking distance, is in a more suburban area of Lefkada

Kostas, the owner, was very kind. The property is 10 minutes far from the city centre by feet. At the same time, its position allows to avoid traffic. The apartment is exactly the same as shown in pictures.

We stayed for four nights but we didn’t had a linen change. The price should include it for stays longer than 2 days in my opinion.
