We liked location, spaciuos apartment and a nice big terrace. Helpful owner who gave us many tips for restaurants.

Bathroom could be improved, no ventilation and clearly should be renovated. Some noise from the little srteet.

Spotless apartment with everything needed for a holiday in playa blanca. Comfy beds, position is unmatchable and the balcony a plus to have your meals under the sun and the sea breeze

Lovely apartment, lovely well equipped balcony with sea views. Spacious apartment and lovely and clean. Management company are first class

The only thing that needs anything is the bathroom, shower has an old curtain which I dislike and the shower head isn't fixed properly. Generally it is very dated. There is no window and the electric air extractor doesn't work.

Great location. Wonderful roof terrace. Lovely and clean. Francis (owner) was very helpful and accommodating.

Location great for all the restaurants. Nice big apartment. Netflix/prime available to use. Great facilities eg washing machine. value for money . Excellent helpful host

The sofa and balcony/outside chairs not very comfortable. Need upgrading.

The location, close to the sea and walks along the see front. Close to bars and restaurants and the local supermarket. Despite being central was very quiet. Really liked the roof terrace, great spot for enjoying the sun. Great communication from Francis.
