The terrace was the best part of the property. We appreciated being able to have a late checkout time.

Even though it was November. We could have been more comfortable if there had been air con or a fan for the bedroom. As the apartment was very warm. Being situated in a local residential area we couldn’t leave the window open due to the neighbourhood noise.

Well equipped and spacious apartment with a great terrace.

Was a little bit noisy with work being carried out in front, but that was just unfortunate timing and can’t be helped.

Poor administration. Not advised of access until day previous - advised to be met - not met. Called and given lockbox no. - incorrect. Called gain and eventually someone came with key, and correct lockbox no. Advised toaster not working - told a replacement would be made - took 2 days and further calls.

1. Considerable difficulty finding the property. Even our taxi driver could not find it. We had to call the owners for help. A sign above the property would help. 2. Instructions on how to find the keys were not sent to us as it said on our communication. I had to call the owners to key instructions while in taxi to the property. 3. No housekeeping and therefore did not have a change of towels or bed linen during our stay. 4. The property is located in a residential area and was quite noisy at night.

Apartment is gorgeous,so clean and the balcony/terrace is amazing. Loved it, only complaint would be the bed wasnt the comfiest but not too bad
