Port Dickson PD Beach Front Homestay

Person in charge was easily approachable. Guard there is very helpful.

Elevator not working and we have to carry our things 5 flights of stairs. My mom almost didnt make it when a guard came and told us he can open the gate so we can send our mom down by car. The place was not as pictured in the photo. Too spooky and not well maintained. There's a load of 'pelepah kelapa' at the beach garden with some rubbish and unpleasant odour. The garden outside the apartment was not maintained. How are we supposed to do barbecue with that kind of environment. We arrived and stayed around 15 mins before all of us decided unilateral to cancel our vacation and just picnic infront of our House. A very frustrating vacation for all of us. Hope we could get refund from the property.

house not clean . smelly . got death cockcroach . Hard to find car paking . parking lot very crowded and not comfortable for MPV car .

We prepare breakfast by our own because the kitchen equipment was ready. Air conditioning was cold until lazy to wake up. Although building is old but this owner was taking care all interior, and clean.

Everything is ok.

Its really stratergic place beside on the beach and the cleanliness facility superb 👍🏻

In terms of size, it was suitable for our group of 7 adults and 1 child as this is a 2 adjoining apartment units, each with 2 bedrooms. We enjoyed the seafront view, beach was accessible to the left of this homestay. The open space in front of the units were great for BBQ which we did the first night we were there. The toilet is acceptable, water pressure is good. Beds are ok, sheets and blankets were cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall, we enjoyed the much awaited for family trip, the sea breeze right at the balcony/patio and most of all, benefitted from the convenience of the beach being just literally at the door step from the balcony/patio. The location was nearby to anywhere to get food/drinks.

The 2 units are of different settings, we believe one is actually the occasional home for the owner as well. Some cabinets are labelled with 'owner's personal belongings' signs including the lower compartment in the fridge. The other unit is renovated minimally and much clean which is what we were expecting. There were rubbish when we arrived at the owner's unit kitchen with unpleasant smell. The kitchen utensils, plates are for guest's usage but honestly the dish rack is just disappointingly dirty. The furniture at both balconies are dirty with bird droppings and moldy.
