We had another apartment 5 min from the center , but it was so clean The host is a good person

Good location, very closed to the center and the square, it is a very clean and comfortable studio. The room is well equipped. The owner is super kind and helpful.

If it is the first time here, it may be a little bit hard to find here but the owner came and pick us up on half way

Pros: easy to communicate with host. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen (complimentary), comfy bed, nice layout, central location near market and lots of restaurants

Cons: Room temperature was very cold (march) as there os no heat source in unit - unit should not be rented without a heat source. Also, there are no fans or ventilation and leaving the widows open in cold temperature is not ideal, therefore after three nights the wall and ceilings were all wet. Difficult to find (poor instructions) so asked several people who guided us, a neighbour let us into the unit which felt odd (we never met the host), limited hot water which seems shared with multiple units. Wi-Fi works but download speeds are very slow.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, very responsive and accommodating our needs. Even though we were unlucky with the rainy weather, thus it got pretty cold in the apartment, there were many warm blankets for us to keep warm.

It can get cold in the apartment but for an extra cost a heater is provided. We used the many blankets.

Location was perfect. We stayed 4 nights: first in a small apartment, suitable for travallers with light paggages. Casa Lotfi arranged us larger apartmant. Great views from the terrace over the city. Rooms were spotlessy clean. There are no heating, but many warm blankets. If you want to read a book or scroll your mobile, take cloves with you. In the beginning of March nights were about 7 degrees celsius. No problems with warm water in Casa Lotfi. Below the apartmant lives few roosters and goats. If you are rooster-sound-sensitive earplugs help. We liked the sounds! In Chefchaouen there are lots of stairs and steep streets. To live in Casa Lotfi means good fitness too!
