Location Check in process smooth.

Aircond in both room need to be upgraded. Sliding door key need to be repaired (cannot lock the door). Having problem on the bathroom hot water(shower).

The apartment was just near the beach, a walking distance only.

The floor was sandy, slow pressure of shower but overall the apartment was okay.
