Could do with more than toaster, microwave to cook with. Maybe shelving to put crockery food etc on.

My teenage daughter & I stayed at 7 Bats for a month (January) whilst we were having renovations done on our home in The Midlands. We had an absolutely fantastic stay & didn't want to come home. The flat is clean, spacious & well equipped. Comfortable beds, lots of cupboard space & has all you need for a pleasant stay - it is a lovely home from home with hot water & efficient heating. We were made to feel comfortable & weren't disturbed, I was able to work & my daughter study without interruption. We were given keys to make coming & going easy. The flat is situated in a quiet crescent in a safe neighbourhood - fantastic location we didn't take our car for the duration of our stay & we didn't need it. A short walk to The Sea Front, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pubs etc. Towels & bedding were provided along with tea/coffee. All of the appliances are in good working order & the WI-FI is brilliant. Cheryl & her family are wonderful hosts & I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again. Highly recommended.

Bathroom door and lock a bit stiff. Front door also a bit stiff.

The size of the apartment is superb. The location very close to Skegness Town centre is excellent. The facilities and furniture are all clean and comfortable. The owners who live downstairs don't intrude on the guests in the holiday apartment. WiFi and the Digital TV are also fabulous. There is an ironing board, iron and Dyson vacuum cleaner within the apartment for use by the visitor which is very useful. The kitchenette is well equipped with cutlery, crockery, fridge, toaster and microwave.

Parking might be tricky for anyone with a car. The owners have 2 cars on the driveway and many neighbours in this road drive gigantic SUVs and block up nearly all the on road parking. I didn't actually have a car full time myself (a hire car and then several taxis) but I did notice the parking difficulties outside.

It was really spacious and a quiet location which was also walking distance to everything. We've come to Skegness for over 10 years and this was one of our favourite places to stay

The host didn't reply to my messages on arrival day and she lived on the property which felt less private but wasn't a problem really

The property is quite large and very spacious, it honestly feels like home away from home. The property owner was very easy to talk with and obtain information for our stay. Highly recommended for families!

There was nothing we didn't like, the place was amazing.
