Stairs... but they were expected!

Spacious clean, great washing and drying machines with modern furnishings in living and bedrooms. Great view extra quiet with brilliant restaurants in neighbourhood

The rail holding the shower rail needs to be secured. It's not stable.

it was clean and comfortable and well equipped

the 10 am checkout time..i really think given that people are on vacation there should be ample time to pack up ..tidy up ..relax and have some breakfast before checking out...11 am should be a minimum for checking out

This great property in downtown North Hatley… Close to a lovely restaurant and another hotel that we almost needed to stay in… See below.

There was no one to let us in to the suite that we were directed to by the owner. The door was locked. When we spoke to the owner over the phone , he gave us the passcode three times and it was three different passcodes same numbers just different orders. He said he’d come down to let us in, but he never showed up . Through the window, we could see that there was someone else’s luggage in there. . The conversations we had with the owner were not coherent on his end.. it was cold and rainy and nerve-racking to think we didn’t have a place to stay however, once we realized the owner must be incapacitated so we just stayed in one of his other suites that was open. While it wasn’t the two bedroom suite that we were expecting or paid for the door was open had three beds and we only used two… it was well stocked and supplied was clean and perfectly adequate Other town people spoke very highly of him, but said this wasn’t unusual.

Amazing house with character in a nice village. Spacious, everything available including coffee cups and toiletries. Supermarket and restaurants next door and very close to a nice lake

Owner was very quick to reply and very accommodating. Apartment had everything needed including coffee machine with kcups, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and even a candy jar. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The host was very welcoming, offering us to use his Kayak and providing us with recommendations about what to do and where to eat, etc. The location was also very nice. The apartment was cute with very comfy bed.
