"Very nice apartment for ski trip family stay"

Very nice apartment, almost ideal. Spacious enough to accommodate 4 guests. Clean, looking brand new. Comprises all necessary for family trip (but washing machine :) ). Plenty of "small but necessary" amenities are provided - e.g. filters for coffee machine or tablets for dishwasher. Separate entrance, convenient parking place. Very nice and friendly host (thank you, Thomas! :) )

There is a place prepared for a washing machine - hence, now it is necessary just to install it :) Also towels for shower can be provided - at least for longer stays. It might be worth, apart from the coordinates, to send to guests description "how to get there" (as .pdf file, eventually with photos).

"Good place to admire mountains from the balcony"

It was a little difficult to find access to appartement – we were looking for Gummerer, but really access by car is via Springerstrasse. The room is clean and spacious, kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge. We liked the private balcony with beautiful mountain view. Good wi-fi. Bread-service is possible and it was perfect!

For us it was the first time we were asked to bring out own towels. It was not difficult, but also not very convenient to travel the distance 2500 km having in additional large bathtowels in your suitcase
