The Point Villa 10

Die Ausstattung war komplett. Hervorzuheben war der eigene Gas-Grill auf dem Balkon. Die "Ausgehstraße" war fussläufig leicht zu erreichen.

Durch die zentrale Lage, war der Lärmpegel nachts eher störend hoch. Durch die Hanglage waren die Abzugseinrichtungen der umliegenden Restaurants auch tagsüber dauerhaft auf dem Balkon oder im Pool zu hören

Location, view, space, amenities

The only slightly negative is the hill climb but the reward is the view.

We stayed at the Point No10 last year and eagerly returned- great view, great position, very comfy. The double glazing ensures a very quiet inside whilst the Macrossan St parties and singing are fun to listen to on the deck. The apt is fully loaded with modern cooking, washing and shower facilities- superb clean sheets etc.

The only negative was the step-in shower so we used the other walk-in shower in the second ensuite. That was no problem.

The pool was absolutely beautiful. The location of the villa was stunning, as well as being quite convenient since it was close to the Main Street. The villa itself was very spacious and well set out - very luxurious.

How we had to clean & reorganise the cupboards, sweep sand off of the floors and finding rubbish hiding amongst the furniture. The shower\bath splashed water everywhere in the midst of showering - was a hassle having to wipe up all the water afterwards.

Quite a bit of noise from neighbouring properties but this is to be expected from being so close to Macrossan Street
