The sunrise and sunset are just amazing from the terrace of the apartment. The apartment is fully equiped with a connected TV and everything to make you feel home. We enjoyed our stay there and we definitively recommend.

Great location overlooking the beach with bars and restaurants nearby ,quiet (at this time of year),friendly place ,Spanish community.Great supermarket nearby.Easy access to Valencia on the local bus . Welcoming host .

On a personal note a key safe would have been helpful as we incurred additional charges as flight delayed and arrived after midnight. Also probably a British request but some milk in the fridge would have been good as shops shut when we arrived.

**Avoid this apartment** I have used booking.com for years and have always had a good experience, until now. This host in Valencia was awful. 1 The apartment was advertised with a sofa bed. Upon arrival I sent an image to the host of the sofa with some of the cushions taken off and asked her for advice on how it became a bed and she replied that it does not turn into a bed. Hours later (4am) I received a message on booking.com where the host sent my image back to me and a rude message saying: “this is no way to treat the belongings and objects of the apartment, respect them as if they were yours. Remember that you are responsible”. She had falsely advertised her apartment, and then was sending rude, out of order messages. 2: Our check out time on the booking was between 12 noon and 12 midnight, so we had booked late flights due to this and made plans that day. She messaged me at 1am the morning of our departure to say we must check out by midday - I highlighted to her that our booking check out time was until midnight and we had plans to leave at 3pm, the answer was still no. I then asked her to help advise us where we could keep our bags for 3 hours but she refused to help. It ruined our last day of the holiday.  3:  There was no checkout information on the booking. We therefore cleaned the apartment (even though we weren’t asked to). We didn’t know where to put the bins as there was no information as to where they go and she didn’t tell us, so we left them all bagged up by the bin in the apartment.  She then sent me an image of the bins through the chat on booking.com and when I didn’t reply she sent me another picture of them on WhatsApp message. This is very rude especially as we had cleaned the apartment and she had not told us where to put the bins.
