Halibut Hideaway

You have to bring your own food and the kitchen is great. The Barbecue wasn't working o that was unfortunate but we ended up using the well equipped kitchen.

A few times we did smell gas and wondered if everything was ok. We opened the doors and the smell went away.

Hosts Liisa & Steve were great! View from the balcony was breathtaking! Beds were very comfortable! The house was extremely well equipped! House was like a new! Free parking! We loved this place!

We had to leave! 😥

High cleaning fee for one night.

Location and deck overlooking bay was beautiful. Check-in instructions were very clear.

The sound proofing of the units could be improved. There was an unusual degree of noise from normal movement and voices of people staying in unit upstairs. Local restaurants were limited and mostly closed during our stay in August which was unexpected.

Great view and very comfortable for 4 adults.

The gas fire pit on the deck did not work. Had gas and once the pilot started and waited then it shot down.

Excellent location, with beautiful views of the inlet. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed.

The only drawback from our stay was noisy upstairs neighbours with small children. We heard them running around very early in the AM and it definitely impacted our sleep. But this isn't at all the fault of the property, just more of a heads up that sound proofing from suites upstairs isn't optimal.

The premises is absolutely perfect, sitting on the balcony with the firepit on was my favorite thing to do.

There was nothing not to like..

The location was perfect and the lake view from the living room and balcony was amazing. Fireplace in the balcony added more coziness to our stay. Me and my wife had a great time at this property!
