Localização excelente ao lado de 2 shoppings, um bom comércio nos arredores. Fácil acesso á vários pontos da cidade.

Pela manhã, se ouve o barulho da rua próxima e alguma conversa no pátio do condomínio, que fica de frente para as janelas do imóvel.

A localização é muito boa. em frente ao shopping Bourbon é muito próximo ao shopping Iguatemi e parque Germânia. A zona é muito segura e tranquila, Deixamos o carro na rua lateral a noite e correu tudo bem.
