No Flat não há café da manhã, mas sim padarias e mercados no entorno o que facilita tudo. Também há farmácias e refeições para todos os bolsos. A praia de Taperapuã é muito bonita e super próxima, há os bares mais agitados onde o axé rola solto (Axe Moi, Barramares...) e também ambientes com um som mais suave como o espaço Colher de Pau Lounge (adoramos).

Alguns hóspedes não respeitavam as regras do condomínio na área da piscina e levavam caixas de som com som elevado. Esse ponto é legal ser passado para a administração do condomínio.
