DAO Studio Apartments

Good location Massage and laundry facilities in the building as well as restaurant Very safe area to stay

Booking.com should inspect DAO appartments and remove it from the posting on it site. Where do I start : - do not book DAO appartments unless they are fully renovated and meet basic safety standarts -appartment is very poorly equipped - old run down and needed to be replaced ASAP ( furniture and towels - unacceptable ) -be aware DAO does not have appartments with balcony -all appartments are really old and need a serious renovation -huge problem with A/C - unit was located on the wall seperating room from the kitchen and extemally noisy compresor on the other side of the same wall in the kitchen- hot air blowing to the kitchen instead of outside creating a safety hazard - there is plenty better quality appartments for rent in this building outside Booking , Agoda etc...

Good location and comfortable apartment, close to all improtant locations - Patong beach, bars and restaraunts, Bangla road is not far either. Building has 2 restaraunts, and a few more in a neighboring condo - so you are all set for lunch/dinner (though food there is average). I have worked from apartment and WiFi quality was sufficient for calls.

It was clean, fresh sheets and the cleaning lady was very friendly and offered service anytime. I don't want to be unfair always have to consider the price but for 800 a day there's many options in Phuket... Air-conditioning very good and shower room new built.

Kitchen supplies were ok but nothing more than that. Also electric wiring was kind of weird toaster and mini oven gave me an electric shock... Cooking plate you could only use one really because it was too small for a pan and a big pot. Pots were poor quality when you put on hot stoftop the surface bended. Only one pan really good. Location is good when you walk. If you go by motorbike or a taxi it's kind of waste of time because the main street is a one-way Street and getting back you either have to go down by the shore or the other way around through the whole city...waste of time. Overall impression of the building was nothing more than average. Water pressure in shower seem to be reduced on purpose, toilet and other facilities had much more pressure...

Nice room with kitchen. Close to everything but in a quiet area.

The kitchen could have some cutlery and maybe some spices.
