Muito boa! Vista da varanda maravilhosa, próximo a tudo, padaria , supermercado , adegas.

Quando cheguei notei que o vaso sanitário estava sujo de urina seca , as paredes estão com bastante teias de aranha, e falta utensílios como copo, bule , pano de pia , guardanapos para enxugar a louça, tirando essas detalhes foi tudo perfeito!
