- calefação no quarto - apartamento muito limpo e organizado - cozinha equipada em condições para preparar o café da manhã e refeições - o AP tem inclusive uma máquina lava / seca roupas, é só comprar o sabão - Wi-Fi de excelente qualidade, latência baixa e velocidade simétrica - os funcionários são muito atenciosos - cortina blackout na janela - vários cobertores disponíveis - TV a cabo disponível - toalha de excelente qualidade - ducha em ótimo estado de funcionamento - fica a 10 minutos a pé do calçadão costaneira - embaixo da pousada tem o restaurante do mesmo proprietário, várias opções de refeições e diversas cervejas artesanais

- poderia substituir o colchão, já está um pouco "surrado"
