I really enjoyed the layout of the apartment and that the floor plan was in the photos. As couple the space has everything you need, eating area, relaxing space and bedroom with loads of storage space. The location of the flat is great with 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. We used the Pool at the building which wasn't heated but still great. We cooked in the apartment a lot, and I was really placed with how well the kitchen was stocked, including a knife sharpener. The Wifi was great! I would 100% stay again, we were really sad that we had to leave.

Some extra information would have been really useful. We arrived late by taxi and the person in reception was doing his rounds and not at the desk to unlock the door. We had big bags and if one of the residents of the apartment building hadn't conveniently been entering the building at the same time, we would have been waiting outside for a while. Not sure which button to press on the dial (The bell at the top right). After about 10 minutes (Thankfully waiting in the lobby), the reception guy returned and took our details. We asked about the door for future reference and he said there would be a key fob in the room which there was. The residents of the apartment block were very kind and helpful. Hom gave us the contact details of a person to message, and I messaged to say we had arrived but it was late and 30 mins before they responded. If we had been unable to get in I probably would have called them. The key to enter the apartment (Green) is very stiff and you really have to push it in. The wifi code is literally as you walk in on the left under the fuse boxes. At the end of our stay, we found the laundry card which is required for the machines on level -1 (turning right out of the lift). It would have been really useful to have known about this before the last day. To access the pool and gym on level 1, you must register for the key at reception (-2) and, again turn right out of the elevator. This information may be buried somewhere within the booking information but it would have been handy to have had a physical sheet in the apartment with Photos, of what did what, and how things work.

Very clean, modern apartment. Well equipped. Would definitely return to it if we’re back in Puerto Varas.
