Very poor selection of TV channels, there's the EPL channel but no DStv channel 2022 which shows local football.

Mostly the location or the surrounding, easy access to essential areas for basics.

Ventilation, natural ventilation is limited, during summer it is too hot at night, so for people that can not slip with fan or air-condition turned on, we suffer the heat, an instruction or induction must be considered, which will assist to ensure maximum comfort is received, for people to know what to do in different conditions.
