Dá localização, a roupa de cama,bem limpa e cheirosa,o preço também é bem em conta, tem uma cozinha compartilhada que é muito legal.

O banheiro é muito pequeno, porém o que mais incomodou foram os hóspedes, estes faziam festas, com som em volume alto, tanto à noite quanto pela manhã cedo, sem alguma intervenção do proprietário. Nesse caso não recomendo para quem busca tranquilidade assim como eu. Tirando esse incoveniente foi bom.q
