Sofa dipped in the middle quite uncomfortable so was the brd

The position of the apartment amazing

Very shabby not clean sofa very uncomfortable bathroom so small also very shabby the kitchen baking tray as there was only one was dirty, not a very well equipped kitchen ice box on fridge very iced up. Dining table very dirty food stuck yo it had to give the place a good clean. It wouldn't let me add more photos Of all the dirt.

The location is fantastic, being able to sit in the lounge and look out over Saundersfoot Bay was the reason we booked the apartment and it did not disappoint. The kitchen lounge/dining area was comfortable and reasonably spacious. For a small apartment the bedroom had plenty of storage, although space around the bed was quite tight.

The bathroom is way too small, the sink is so small that it's difficult to was h your hands properly in it, plus it's set so close to the wall that you can't grip the taps properly to turn them on and off. Trying to use the sink for everyday things like shaving was awkward. The wifi is okay in the bedroom but essentially useless anywhere else in the apartment - although fortunately the TV had a strong enough signal that streaming was okay, although we had several occasions where the streaming service paused to buffer. Having a third bed in the hallway by the front door seems a poor use of space and it would be better extending the bathroom and creating a space to hang coats and take off wet/muddy footwear in the hallway.

Superb location. The view was amazing.

Kitchen equipment was good but lacked a coffee maker. A cafetière would have been helpful.
