Bon emplacement par rapport à la ville et à la plage. Climatisation dans chaque pièce et chambre. 2 balcons utiles. Supermarchés facilement accessibles en voiture. Plages géniales, même s'il y a beaucoup de vagues : attention aux jeunes enfants!

Appartement refais à neuf : problème d'eau froid sur la douche, petits soucis sur la clim (vite réglé), quelques restes de travaux mal nettoyés. Equipement : pas de lave vaisselle.

El trato del Sr Gabino, el silencio, la cercanía a la playa.

Très bel appartement très bien situé à Miami platja. Notre hôte Gabino a été vraiment exceptionnel!! Écoute, gentillesse et disponibilité. Une personne très humaine! J'ai malheureusement eu des soucis de santé en fin de séjour, il s'est montré d'une extrême bienveillance et disponibilité et je l'en remercie encore. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!! Muchas gracias Gabino!!!❤️

El apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable. En pleno paseo marítimo y cerca de la cala solitari todo un lujo para el relax y la desconexión.

Apartments have a great location. But we were informed that there is a construction work, so private parking is not possible and one beach is closed. But it should be quite and all other beaches nearby are available. In reality, the entire coastline is blocked, that is around 2-3km. If you want to enter the beach, you need to break the fence, what people are forced to do. Even if you managed to enter the beach, there is an another issue: the builders are blocking it again with a fence, seeing that you are relaxing on the beach and how you get out of there is already your problem. It is really crazy and you should go through all this each day of your vacation. There is a lot of dust and construction equipment everywhere. Unfortunately, we had to wash all the dishes, the curtains look like they haven't been washed for years, bed linen needs updating. Once we started to use 1 (out of 3) air conditioner, it was automatically stopped working along with the whole electricity. The oven also didn't work. 1 toilet paper and 1 garbage bag look like a mockery of customers, taking into account the high booking price. Towels were not changed during the whole stay, that is 7 days.

The apartment we had (Number 6) had a fantastic view. It is close to some beaches. Ample parking. Gabino was very helpful, recommending shopping and restaurants.

We should have been told in advance that the road in front of the apartment was closed for refurbishment. We could access the property by car but all the local beaches were closed. Whilst it is nobody’s fault that the access was restricted to have been forewarned would be good. There is access to a washing machine but it is not in the apartment which is less convenient. The description of the apartment clearly suggests that the washing machine is in the apartment.

Amazingly beautiful location. Calm area. Nice clean apartment w large windows and terrace with a beautiful view. Practical with outdoor showers. Linda, Gabino and the others were all very kind and caring. Really nice restaurant (El Mano) just around the corner. We would really like coming back!

We did enjoy the calm and beautiful area, but without a car there is a need for transfer / taxi to the bus or trainstation. There is bit of a walk to the closest supermarket to get food and drinking water (the one closest to the apartment was closed).
