Pretty much everything we needed was there. No oven, but had a Weber BBQ outside. The plunge pool was nice to have in the hot weather.

The only drawback was no door on the bathroom/toilet which was a little awkward at times for us (60 yr old Dad and 21 yr old Daughter).

It was clean. Well stocked with basic utensils, some coffee, tea and sugar but did not have any milk to start off with to allow visitor to then go get some after the first cuppa on arrival.

The outdoor lights were weird , it came on like in the middle of the night. it was controlled automatically so we could not turn on the lights to bbq in the evening. we bbq in the dark with a bit of light coming thru the living/dining area .
