Fabulous view. My children loved to watch the ships from living room.

The kitchen is great and the stove is easy to use and 99% of the utensils are available. The bathroom is incredible, I wanted to take it with me. The shower has great pressure, the vanity is very spacious and the different light/heat/fan settings were fabulous. Also, the two entrances for the bathroom are fantastic. The view was great, my husband did some fishing just feet from the back door, and the neighbors were friendly. Comfy furniture in the lounge room and spacious for an apartment. The bedrooms are perfectly proportioned and the beds were comfortable and clean. The air conditioner and small heaters are a godsend as it was very cold at night. The undercover parking was excellent and the outside lighting was good.

Very minor and nit-picky things overall. There were no tissues, so we used the toilet paper. The showerhead needed a bit of a scrub and you could see where the cleaner didn't vac under the beds(thought you have to be a contortionist to reach it)band wipe the walls next to the toilet in the bathroom/shower as there was dust. There was no tray for the oven, so we improvised with the drain plate from the grill. There weren't any chairs to sit on outside, so we bought some small stools from BCF.

Watching the boats go in and out was fantastic. Excellent location. The information provided to guests both before and during the stay was outstanding. We would highly recommend staying in this unit.

Would like the street number to be displayed in a more prominent position than the gutter only.

The location was great and felt safe. The view is amazing - everyone enjoyed seeing the boats coming in and out of the marina. The apartment is very clean and with laundry facilities. The carport is handy. 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs are convenient.

The heating needs to be upgraded as the split system is too small to heat the entire apartment during winter. The bedrooms only contain portable tower fans with no heating.
