Location perfect.complex very clean and tidy. Gardens well kept.pool areaclean and plenty loungers.Anna the owner very helpful. Appartment had everything i needed and more.

Nice apartment in walking distance to the beach and a number of good restaurants and bars. Perfect for two people

Quite close to the airport runway so can be a little loud with the planes overhead, but they don't go at night so not really much of an issue

Location is excellent in a lovely complex with a pool. 10 mins from airport with the beach also within reach. The host Anna was brilliant with contact answering WhatsApp straight away.

No aircon/fans. Lanzarote is very hot especially in summer months so fans are needed! Windows open but with the heat ideally this would have made everything perfect.

The apartment was perfect, a home from home, our host Anna was more than helpful and was in contact with us throughout our stay, everything we needed was there, the complex was clean and quiet and 3 mins walk to the shops bars and restaurants in Matagorda, we will definitely be going back to this apartment

Anna was our host and was absolutely brilliant nothing was a issue she made everything about out stay smooth, replied to any request within 5mins and was very helpful from we came to we left, supplied us with updates on WiFi, keys, checking, checkout etc, accommodation itself is fabulous, had everything u need from airfryer, cooker, fridge iron, board cutlery, washing machine, apartment was very clean and modern style absolutely beautiful with a cozy balcony, co plex itself was stunning with close to beach and main complex with restaurants bars etc. Overall enjoyed our stay and will come back here.

We were abit more out than expected from puerto del carmen but that's because I'm pregnant and cudn walk so far but it is ideal to walk 30mins if ur not exspecting to the main strip. Matagorda is beautiful tho.
