Nada.

O apartamento estava sujo, cheirando mal, móveis muito velhos, colchões velhos, sofá com molas aparentes, banheiro com luz queimada, precisava usar com a porta aberta ou com lanterna. Iríamos ficar 3 noites, porém chegamos uma noite e saímos ao amanhecer. Foi HORRÍVEL!

Localização, da portaria, da forma como foi conduzida a negociação.

Estrutura de um dos banheiros, dos quartos e também da sala deixaram muito a desejar. Muito velha as camas, colchões e travesseiros, sofá e rack da sala. Estava disposto a pagar preço maior por diária, porém, a realidade do que encontramos é muito diferente das fotos disponibilizadas. Pequena decepção, mas passou. Não recomendo.
