It was cold. The heater was on but it wasn’t working well and wasn’t heating the whole house.

Three flight of stairs to get to the Loft, another flight of sleep stairs to get to the bedroom, prettige hard and "moving" matrass, no closet, just an open rail for clothes, very uncomfortable sofa, hot water in shower not properky working, bathroom door did not close, therefore it was quite cold. Very small sink in the bathroom with a tray that is not straight, two cushions on the kitchen chairs missing, also no kitchen towel or dish brush to be found and tap missing in the sink.We only came to know upon request that we could take a towel from the white cupboard in the hall and that the cushns were still to be cleaned and the tap was indeed missing. A short notice would have been just fine. Endless communications about all complaints without resolving them in the end apart from one short personal.demonstration late at night without prior notice demonstrating hot water coming out and telling me with a triomphant voice: "see, there is nice warm water!". How does this help when next morning, again, the hot water does only run randomly with a hard bang in the pipes now and then and my daughter has to shower and wash her hair with mosty icecold water?? BTW, I am not the only one with that issue and no solution provided... It is really a pity that it has to be that way. The landlady still has to learn about customer satisfaction, hence retention, as it seems. I did not ask for a 5 Star accommodation as she commented in one of her last messages. 3 stars is absolutely fine if everything is working as it should!!!

It was a nice modern looking house in a very good location, which made me book but I had to regret it cause of the bathroom.

There was no hot water Coming in the shower and the flush wasn't working and when complained no one came to help, just a message back how to operate the flush as it wasn't a typical standered toilet... Which I did follow steps but still no use thank god my stay was only for 2 nights I can't imagine what it would be like for people who stay longer. The sofa bed downstairs was very uncomfortable too
