Funcionários solícitos, a moça da hidroginástica, localização do Resort, boa cama, bons ar-condicionados, bom toilette.

Não conseguir acessar as emissoras do canal aberto, incluindo TV Globo, Bandeirantes, etc.. toalhas com mau cheiro, café da manhã sem muitas variedades de alimentos, vitaminas..quantidade de carne na entrada de filé com fritas, cervejas não muito geladas. O sofá cama desconfortável, muito duro.
