Próximo a praia (literalmente e só atravessar a rua) e a estrutura do apartamento e excelente em termos de mobílias e utensílios.

Fiquei sem TV e sem internet por 15 dias com uma criança no apartamento, foi bem desgastante. É longe da rede de apoio, supermercados, açougues, padarias. É bom pra quem tem carro.
