Bit of a frustrating stay overall 1. No Self Check-in - waited 90 minutes for them to come to the apartment and prepare it (after 2pm). There are 3 separate keys. 2. Parking situation is bad. There's a very very tight spot with manual garage door opening required to get into the parking garage 3. It's far from Valencia. Only one bus over 4. Hot water doesn't last very long 5. A bit pricey for that experience

We loved its proximity to the beach , cafes snd restaurants. It has a great balcony with sea view and also a very private sun terrace. The apartment was very clean and was well equipped. I would definitely recommend it .

There was very little to be negative about this apartment. There was a complicated 4 keys to get into the apartment but this made it feel very safe.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. High speed internet, plenty of car park places

It's really cool. Preis/quality's is the best. Place is beautiful with nice views directly at the Seaside. Parking is always free. Ashan is near. All necessary goods is OK. Mikrowelle Waschmaschine Kaffeemaschine Air Climate is perfect. Apartment are worm with 5.!!! Sleep places Two badrooms All is perfect. Owner is helpfull

The location is fantastic! Great beach next to the building and very convenient supermarket / departement store across the street. There is a bus stop in front of the building, but you need to make sure how to get back, not all the bus stops are clearly marked 😅It’s a short drive (15min) by car to Valencia, this is more convenient than by bus.

The matresses on the beds are ready for replacement. The parking space is a challenge, but we managed with our Ford Fiesta.
