Interior premise is still acceptable

Overall environment is quite run down, elevators has urine odor. This place is not worth the price

the room is quite modern and clean. the living room is spacious. everything you need is in the room. the pool is also big. all the beaches is near. everything is good. thank you.

The room is comfortable and clean. All neat. The view can see your car park. Comfort bed, comfort toilet. Really nice room.

The safety of the apartment. The apartment looks scary whereas when you look from the balcony like no one staying there and the room doesn't have good security which was 1 lock provided. The water was rusting and I believe there's no one had ever staying here before. The receptionist not friendly and didn't respond to your message/WhatsApp when I ask him about the checkin process. Doesnt provide good response and lack of communication. I dont like it. We even check out on that night as we concern about our safety. Please avoid staying at Marina Apartment. Thanks.
