Precioso apartamento 1D+1B // Jumbo+centro 5 min

La tranquilidad, la comodidad del departamento y la ubicación, todo muy bien a mi parecer, cerca de la locomoción colectiva, supermercado y centro.

There is a lift to the apartment floor. The apartment looks nice and has everything needed for a short stay. Host easy to communicate with. Large grocery store next door. Entrance security called a taxi to the airport for us so we could wait inside on a miserable rainy day.

Heater not effective. Couch uncomfortable as was the bed.

Close to everything clean and organized. The staff was very attentive

Washer dryer combo dirty and in disrepair. We set the dryer to 30 minutes and it didn’t stop for over an hour. Also didn’t dry very well. Lint was built up so bad it wouldn’t drain correctly. Had to clean out the filter and then run a self cleaning cycle which takes two hours before we could wash.

Great host; and the kitchen was great - it had everything we needed to cook, and the washing machine was available with detergent

The neighborhood is not really alive, if you want to do something, you would need to walk to the city center. But it wasn’t too far either.

The location was good. The washing and drying machine. The speed of internet. Easy check in and check out.

The apartment was not really clean (requires some deep cleaning). The water was warm but not hot.

Close to Jumbo supermarket therefore if provisions needed that would be a plus.

The bathroom was dirty - we had to clean the toilet ourselves. There was no warm water for the shower. Pretty cold at night since there is no central heating in the apartment just a heater that was not enough for the whole place. I really don,t get how this place is so highly rated - for its night rate there are other , way better places in Puerto Montt.

A very clean and spacious apartment. It had everything we needed and was very close to a Jumbo. The host was brilliant with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.
