Alles was op loopafstand (theater, strand, restaurants, supermarkt, winkels ) en de metro stopte bijna voor de deur voor een dagje Den Haag. Het appartement heeft alle voorzieningen om ook zelf te koken, goede bedden, heerlijke douch en alles is goed schoon en onderhouden.

De eigenaren kunnen hier niets aandoen, maar het parkeergeld was erg hoog (€30,- per dag).
