Very beautiful bathroom and kitchen and work area. The staff was incredibly kind and warm and helpful and easy to talk with about needs

For me it was a bit too far from the beach. Also, I was on the top floor, and due to issues with my knees and back, that was a bit stressful.

Friendly staff, great location, plenty of space,, ne-ar tram/bus station. Quiet, formidable bed, Nice surroundings.

The stairs were pretty steep, but I suppose IT is a common thing in Holland

Great location for going to the beach or catching the 9 tram to Hague Central.

There’s no lift and 40+ steep stairs so be warned if you have much luggage. One of staff kindly carried our heavy bag up to our room and down again when we were ready to leave.

Everything was clean and tidy, nice size room, great facilities, especially for holiday stays. Location is great - near trams going to central Den Haag, as well as close to the beach. Will definitely book again for another trip .

If anything: bring a bath mat or something, the bathtub was quite slippery. The microwave was a bit high for my mum .

Location and space. The comfort the apartment could have offered if no building works would have been taking place above our heads.

Unknown to us there were major renovations taking place of the apartment directly above us, starting very early and finishing late, even on weekends. The noise of this turned the apartment into an expensive 'luggage storage' facility for us. We ended up spending most of our time elsewhere. We were offered one nights accommodation in the hotel next door (same company), but did not find out until returning late at night. As promises had been made that no building work would take place over the weekend, we did not take them up on the offer (the next day being Saturday), only to be woken up early again by more loud banging :-(. Adjustments to the price were made at check out, but we felt like 'sitting ducks' given the situation (inability to find something else comparable at short notice and being assured no building works would take place over the weekend (which amounted half of our stay), only to find out that there was). Honesty from the start would have been much appreciated. In any other situation the apartment would have been a perfect fit for our family, but now it left a sour taste.
