There is nothing good about this peroperty

First of all, the host is unfriendly, and the property is very, very tiny. It does not have a proper water or heating supply due to the one apartment being divided into two separate apartments, which led to a very poor water and heating supply. The shower is not warm and does not have enough hot water to have a shower for two kids; it runs out within two minutes of having it, and then cold water comes out, which has made the kids and me ill. The host is very restrictive on how the water and heating are used. Also, if your kids are slightly over the current age, eg, 4.5 years, he would charge you the full price of an adult.

Apartment was very well appointed and we didn’t need anything. Fast internet. Clean and tidy inside. Beds very comfortable. Not really a negative but a bit of renovations going on so you need to look past that. Bit of noise from walking around upstairs but I suppose you get that in a lot of apartments. Probably the biggest issue for some may be the parking. Owners park in their driveway and as the ad says it is in street parking. We were lucky and got one right across the road but if that was taken we would have ended down the road lugging heavy bags. Would recommend this apartment. Terrace with shaded table is a big bonus.
