Located in walking distance both from the heart of Skala Maries and also from the Atspas Beach, the studio is modernly decorated and is very confortable and cosy. It is very clean and the landlord provides changing of towels and sheets, garbage disposal and general cleaning every 2 days. There were lots of utensils in the kitchen so we could cook breakfast or dinner, the bed was firm and extremely comfortable, the furniture and interior design were modern, the place was super clean and the hosts were nice and helpful.

We rented the studio apartment especially for the lovely terrace view, but, to our surprise, the terrace from the photos is not attached to the actual studio. In order to acces the terrace you have to get out of the apartment into the street, go through a gate, climb some stairs and then reach this terrace. It is only for the guests of the studio but, by not being attached to it, it creates inconveniences to climb up and down several times with plates/ food/ clothes in order to use it. Also, from the pictures we were left the impression the studio will be at a higher level but in fact it is at ground floor. This means you have no privacy unless you cover the windows with the drapes, wich means you don't see outside anymore. Sometimes it was quite warm in the room so we had to keep the front door open at evening, even at night. This was weird to say the least as there is a public street right in front where people and cars walk/ drive by. I found the description of this unit extremely misleading due to the ground floor + upper floor terrace thing so, upon arrival, we asked the owner to offer us something else. He was kind enough to come with a compromise and let us stay in this unit for 3 night and then move us in the upper apartment (much bigger than the original studio) where you have an actual terrace attached to the apartment. They even offered us one extra night to stay for free. We appreciated this and had a nice stay all in all, but I still think the description of the Studio at ground floor should be more accurate and indicate that it is in fact at a different level than the terrace.

The apartment was really nice and spacious and the balcony offered the best view to start your morning. Also the hosts are both great people, going the extra mile to make your stay very enjoyable.

The apartment was excellent, the location is a minute from the beach and minutes from the center and the tavernas. The view was amazing, and the hosts were very nice, responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend, it was a lovely apartment with everything you need.
