Cavernous open plan town house in st Leonards

A lovely huge space that has everything you need for a short stay. Central location that's very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Can't fault it.

Lovely the central location with parking. Huge flat and a comfy bed. All the supplies and equipment you could need. Very clean and an easy keysafe check in and out.

Ventilation wasn’t easy, it’s the front door when downstairs and a pretty Juliet balcony door upstairs. Normally sleep with a window open so felt a bit closed in. That said it’s very spacious and if it hadn’t of been it would have been more of an issue.

The location of this accommodation was perfect. The bus, train, and major roads were easily accessible. There were so many restaurants and shops in the local area we didn't have time to try them all! Parking was a HUGE plus (as long as the other guests were considerate). The spaciousness helped us feel like we were at home and not camping. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I would absolutely stay here again but maybe in one of the neighboring apartments instead (still the same owner).

The house smelled badly of smoke. We tried everything to eliminate the smell during our five-week stay but nothing helped. There are no windows in the property so we could not get good ventilation to the apartment. (There are French doors upstairs, but they could not be left open for safety reasons.)

No hand towel in the kitchen, one small thin tea towel. Oven not very clean, trays to put in the oven were awful a d unusable Description said terrace, patio furniture, actually two worn wooden chairs on either side front door right by the car, quite an exaggeration!

1. HUGE space 2. Great location 3. Parking, which was tight, but is very safe and free 4. Good washing machine 5. Warm (if a bit too warm!) 6. Excellent kitchen 7. Loads of bedding, blankets, etc. 8. Very quiet 9. Great travel cot 10. Doug was excellent I'd absolutely stay again, and plan to. Please take my cons as suggestions for improvement more than anything.

1. It could have been a tiny, tiny bit cleaner. Nothing bad, though. 2. Bed was not the most comfortable. Was fine, but not stunning. 3. Downstairs ventilation was fine, but it got stuffy quickly. We left the door slightly open when we were there basically all the time. 4. Upstairs bedroom should have the bed from downstairs in it ;) It is such a MASSIVE room that there could have easily been another bed (single) upstairs too. Doing this would unlock a lot of potential for families who stay and share a room.

Really nice and comfortable place, it provided everything we needed, was close to the shops and the beach

smelled of cigarettes when we arrived some sticks of the bannister were loose, super dangerous for children

Location is perfect

Could have done with some sheer curtains in the bedroom so you can have daylight without being seen.

Great location and can walk to shops, take out, pubs, restaurants and the sea front within a couple of minutes. Can walk to Hastings along the seafront in about 15 minutes but it is also close to bus and train services. The apartment itself is very big and nicely furnished, with some nice touches, both in style and things like decent WiFi, lots of TV channels and extras provided. Recommended place to stay.and we would stay again if in the area.

The archway to get to the parking is quite narrow so you have to be careful not to scratch your car on the way in. The bed is a little uncomfortable, but nothing major.
