Great location near city center, good equipment of the rooms, nice view from the terrace, friendly host. Great place to start hiking tours or ship transfers over the lake.

After more warm days in a row, the apartment (directly under the roof) started to be quite warm as well. Maybe installing airconditioning would be handy.
