Balthasar Volcano Apartments - Adults only

Clean place with a lovely lake view 5 to 7 minutes drive from the market.Beautiful location amidst green meadows.Modern look with wood panelling all over.Comfortable parking. Dishwasher,toaster ,kettle and adequate utensils were provided in the kitchen. The owner Max is very friendly and helpful. Internet was adequate.

Small space in the room.Washing machine and microwave not provided in the aptt. Although Max allowed us the use of his personal washing machine as a special case. House keeping is on alternate days. Heating was effective but air conditioning not available. Weather was cold so we did not miss it.But it could become uncomfortable in summer.

Comfortable living, everything felt nice, amazing view, free parking, cool amenities, ease of access and very welcoming owners! (almost forgot the superb bathtub)

The room was roomy

It is Air BNB instead of a hotel. No daily room cleaning and reception was unattended. The host is living 15km away and if there is any issue or check in, be expected to wait. Wifi was not available until the host arrive and it is not possible to use the Wifi to contact the host. The door code was a mess and did not open the room that I booked but another room. Check-in process was a chaos. It charges 350 euro and the level of service, in particular no daily room cleaning, was not corresponding to the room charge.

The accommodation was a little corner of paradise, it has an amazing view, very peaceful, quiet and the details of the entire location are impressing. It was perfect and for sure we will come back in the future! I will truly recommend it!!!

Great, helpful, friendly host/owner, we felt like visiting a friend, not like being in a hotel. Max was there for us every day, helped with everything, giving great tips and carring about us in every way. You can feel that he is giving his heart into this project. Nice, newbuilt, modern eco-design building, very clean, very well equiped, great views from the teras/garden (hillside view of the lake). Our dog was also very satisfied - not just bowls were prepared for him, but also a handmade welcome treats, confortable dog bed, special dog shampoo and his own towel. And thnx again for the fence in the garden, so our dog could run and play safely.

Highly recommended! :) Everything was absolutely perfect. Anna and Max are very nice friendly people, accommodation was clean, modern and cosy. The location of the hotel is exactly as we expected. Close to all attractions but not in the crowded city center plus we had a stunning view of the lake.
