For its location. Having a bus stop right outside the property is definitely handy for those who needed public transportation. There are quite a few restaurants within 1 km from the property too. The owner was very quick in responding to text messages.

In my opinion, it’s a bit run-down. When we walked up to the 2nd floor, the door of the unit nearest to the stairs was smashed in. I felt uncomfortable with that. I felt a little nervous too for the fact that the owner could unlock the door to the unit remotely.

Bus stop right at the entrance. Spacious dining table, better than average equipped kitchen. Good wifi connection.

Very low futon bed. A bit noisy due to the many windows, a busy road and the proximity to the airport.

When i booked my room, i thought that it was a hotel. but when i arrived the place, i understood that it was an apartment. the bed in the room was strange, it looks like a click-clack sofa. the half of the windows have the blinds. there was light in the night inside the room due to the windows. the cleaning was disaster. there was not cleaned baking tray. the bathroom was not clean. when you get inside the building, there was a not good smell. it was a bad business travel experience for me.
